Oh My Goodness this b-fast was crazy delicious! Buckwheat pancakes with chopped almonds, honey, and bananas! Holy Moly! I wish that I could make little bits of these pancakes to send it out to all of you! Then I drank some green with lemon grass! Very good — I drank a lot of tea today — you’ll see!
Snack number two for the day! This tea was great — no sweetness needed :) The chips were ehhh *imagine my hand tipping back and forth like a balance board* — the thing was, I was super hungry when I went grocery shopping and this is what happened — I came home with chips and queso!
Dinner! We had sweet potatoes with a topping of black beans and tomatoes seasoned with chili powder, cinnamon, and cumin. Then we put sour cream and cilantro on top — mine had added chia seeds on top too! It was my first time having them — yum-times!
Sleepytime tea! It’s nice to end my days with this — it does make me sleepy — placebo effect or not, I just don’t care!
Shakeology in the snow! This was our snow-blown front porch this morning. Of all days to choose to have shakeology I choose a day when we get 5 inches of snow and freezing wind! It was delicious though! chocolately, peanut-buttery, goodness — with all the nutrients I need for the day!
Pre-run snack! banana, almond butter, and granola. Yum-times! I think you could put almond butter on anything and it would taste great!
I was hungry after my run and ate this orange — about 8 minutes later I ate dinner. I’ve been hungry today — I didn’t do a good job eating lunch!
